To what types of events does Ruthie roll?

We roll wherever you want us! Birthday parties, weddings, golf tournaments, valet lines, sporting events, corporate parties or picnic’s...you name it, we’re there!

How much does it cost to have Ruthie come roll with us?

Ruthie’s minimum food and beverage order is $800.00, plus a service charge and 8.25% tax. There are several packages for you to choose from or you can customize your own. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 48 hours prior to your event. A fuel surcharge may apply depending on the location of your event. Ruthie’s will be at your event until all your guests that you have contracted with us are served...if you need Ruthie’s to stay any longer she will cost an additional $150.00 per hour.

How far in advance do I need to let Ruthie know I need her?

First come, first served! As soon as you know your date, call us! If possible, catered events need to be booked a week in advance. Don’t hesitate to give us a call...if Ruthie’s is available we’ll roll on over!

Besides food, can Ruthie provide anything else?

Yes! Ruthie’s has many skills and can provide all party rentals including tables, linens, chairs, trashcans, plates, napkins, etc! We also have great DJ’s, bands and any entertainment needs you might have...that’s just how we roll! Pricing is available upon request and depends on your needs.

How does Ruthie like to get paid?

Ruthie’s accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Amex or personal check. There is a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.

Is the deposit refundable?

Ruthie’s wants to play by the rules so, as long as you cancel 30 days prior to the event, we’ll refund your full deposit besides any fancy add-ons you might have wanted for your shin-dig. If you cancel 15-29 days before your event we will keep 20% of your deposit. If less than 15 days, we will keep 50% of your deposit...and darn it, if you cancel on us 5 days before we’re gonna have to keep it all.

Do I need a city permit to have Ruthie rolling at my event?

No...for private events where you are not re-selling the food you do not need a permit...we got it!
